What is the difference between Basic, Design Partner, and Scaling?
Basic is the self-serve starting point, currently coming soon. Design Partner is an $8,000/month implementation of the entire psi* platform with the founding team and one month of support from a forward-deployed revenue engineer. Scaling implements the same full platform with three months of support from a forward-deployed revenue engineer and conversion team for companies above $3M in revenue.
What does the Design Partner engagement include?
You work with psi*'s founding team to implement the entire platform and integrate it with your company's workflows. The engagement includes one month with a forward-deployed revenue engineer, commercial ontology configuration, Org Intelligence, custom apps and workflows, Coworkers, user provisioning, team training, and a three-year locked price.
What does the 20% net new revenue option mean?
It is the alternative Scaling commercial model. Instead of paying $25,000 per month, an eligible team pays 20% of recognized net new revenue above an agreed baseline after psi* goes live. The agreement defines the baseline, qualifying revenue, attribution window, exclusions, and reporting source.
What does 3,000+ sourced and enriched prospects per month mean?
psi* adds at least 3,000 qualified prospect records each month, based on the ICP criteria we agree on with you. Each record is enriched with the public company and contact data needed for scoring, routing, and outbound workflows.
What does converting all financial contracts mean?
Every contract connected to psi* is converted into a governed ontology object, so its parties, obligations, dates, products, and revenue terms can be queried and used by the rest of the platform.
What does GAAP-ready revenue reconstruction mean?
psi* reconstructs revenue from connected contracts and production data, with lineage from every reported number back to its source records. When all revenue-relevant source data is connected, the output is structured for accounting review and GAAP reporting.
What does the forward-deployed revenue engineer do?
They work inside your company to implement the full psi* platform, migrate your current systems, deploy custom apps and workflows, configure permissions and approvals, and train your team.
What does the conversion team do?
The conversion team works with the forward-deployed revenue engineer to migrate your GTM stack, build outbound and routing workflows, and move your revenue operation onto psi*. Scaling includes the same platform as Design Partner; it adds a longer embedded rollout and more conversion support.
Can we start with Basic and upgrade later?
Basic is currently coming soon. When it opens, teams will be able to use it as a self-serve starting point, then move to Design Partner or Scaling when they need hands-on delivery support.
When should we choose Enterprise / Sovereign?
Choose Enterprise / Sovereign when psi* needs to operate as national infrastructure: multiple forward-deployed revenue engineers support the rollout, the platform is deployed in-country, localization follows local laws, compute placement maximizes local execution, and the system serves enterprises across your nation.
